Larger than life bronze portrait statue of John D. MacArthur by Zenos Frudakis. The statue is installed at the city hall entrance on Military Trail on a three-foot-high base of granite from a quarry in Vermont. John D. MacArthur's sculpture was unveiled as part of the city's 50th anniversary celebration.
